1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Silverline Care ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting this site, filling out caregiver application forms, submitting patient intakes, or sending partnership referrals, you declare that you possess the legal capability to agree to these terms, including holding authorization to represent any third-party patient or entity.

2. Operational Scope & Licensing Compliance

Silverline Care operates as a fully licensed home care agency under applicable local, state, and federal laws. We hold every required license, permit, and certification to deliver home support, skilled nursing, respite care, companion assistance, and cognitive-care services.

All operations provided by our staff are governed by state licensing boards and are delivered by caregivers who have undergone rigorous background screenings, reference verifications, and clinical competency reviews as mandated by health regulations.

  • If referring a client, you certify that you have obtained the patient's or legal guardian's explicit consent to share their health details with Silverline Care.
  • We evaluate submissions to configure customized care plans; however, service delivery is subject to clinical availability, physical assessment, and the signature of a formal Care Agreement.

5. Career Portal & Credentials Terms

Applicants using the Career Portal to submit resumes, cover letters, and employment information agree to the following conditions:

  • You declare that all credentials, professional health licenses, work history, and certificates uploaded are authentic, valid, and current.
